My Real Estate Journey

I rejoined the workforce full-time with Ray White Kingsgrove Real Estate Agency when my youngest child started university in 2024.

I love working with sellers and buyers from diverse backgrounds, and I thrive on the challenge of adding unique value to every sale, from buying goldfish for empty tanks to managing lease termination and overseeing property renovations for overseas sellers.

My Contributions

1. Chinese Market
   I have expanded the agency's language service to cover 2 of the top 3 non-English languages in New South Wales (Mandarin and Cantonese). The highest value and second highest value sales in the agency’s history came from Chinese sellers I brought in.
2. Additional Suburbs
   I have extended the agency's traditional Southern Sydney base to new suburbs, bringing in first ever deals in Hunters Hill, Cammeray, Randwick, Darling Point.
