1. My Real Estate Journey
I married straight after graduating with a Bachelor of Business degree (major in accounting) from the University of Technology Sydney and dedicated myself fully to raising my children.
I joined the workforce full-time with Ray White Kingsgrove Real Estate Agency when my youngest child started university in 2024.
Since then, I have achieved significant success in numerous property transactions and obtained my Real Estate Agent Class 2 Licence from the NSW Government.
I love working with sellers and buyers from diverse backgrounds, and I thrive on the challenge of adding unique value to every sale, from buying goldfish for empty tanks to managing lease termination and overseeing property renovations for overseas sellers.
2. My Contributions
- Chinese Market
I have expanded the agency's language service to cover 2 of the top 3 non-English languages in New South Wales (Mandarin and Cantonese).
The highest value and second highest value sales in the agency’s history came from Chinese sellers I brought in. - Additional Suburbs
While I enjoy bringing in sales from the local Southern Sydney suburbs, like Beverly Hills and Narwee, I also like servicing sellers and buyers in suburbs outside of the agency's normal catchment area.
I have extended the agency's traditional Southern Sydney base to new suburbs, bringing in first ever deals in Hunters Hill, Cammeray, Randwick, Darling Point, Gladesville, Point Piper, Tamarama.
